It occurred to me today that if I had to run to catch every meal, then I might be as thin and fit as the coyote!

Noticing that is starting to get dark sooner. Finished walk in the dark. Still warm.

@RangerRickL. Loved Wile E. Coyote (Genius). Probably so thin from a) never actually catching the road runner and b) having to heal from all of the failed attempts. At least ACME never failed to deliver3 -
It would also be great to have roadrunner's super long legs!2

Exercise - yes. Cleaned the horses' stalls and all, walked down and up our hill twice. Crazy icy - cleats on boots day.
Calories - as long as I count exercise calories, ok. I still consider it over and prefer to count this as final pass day for the month.
Tracking ok but I just remembered something I left out and will go back to add. I really didn't want to track today. I went to my daughter's for dinner with her and a friend. It was annoying to remember every nibble. But I did.4 -

Yes x3. Lots of walking while running errands with the kids then upper body strength. Finished it off with a trx video for upper body. I don’t pull out that piece of equipment often enough. It’s quite challenging!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, my fitness instructor threw a 2 hour Zumba Mash Up Party! 2 hours non-stop exercise; Zumba, PiYo, Beatz, and I forget the name, but all kinds of movement while holding a plank.

Dog walk, 25 flights of stairs climbed and a walk with MG at The Wetlands
We had snow in the valley today. The last time we had snow (other than Mt Charleston) was 3 years ago and I didn’t live here then. We cut our walk at the Wetlands short by a mile because it was so cold, it was unpleasant. Roll on Spring please!
MG hates the car. We have come to a compromise and she sits in the back, in a harness and squeezes her head over my left shoulder.
