My quick and easy go-to for breakfast or lunch...

*2-3 Tlbs of cream cheese (Kroger's Whipped Greek Cream Cheese Spread with Yogurt is one of my favorites. I also LOVE Arla's varieties of cream cheese; they are so creamy and a little goes a long way.)
