This is a place to share ideas for meals that meet the High Protein / Lower Carb weight loss plan. Considering an limit range of 1200 - 1400 calories per day, 30-40 grams or protein per meal, we are looking for menu ideas (and recipes) that are 350-400 calories per meal, 3 meals per day, with a 100-200 calorie snack.
