Butternut Peach Protein Smoothie

My breakfast this morning... perfect for a fall day, and it was absolutely delicious!

1/4 cup frozen butternut (or other winter squash) puree
1/4 cup frozen peach puree
1/2 cup Califa coconut almond milk
1 scoop Designer Whey French Vanilla powder
2 Tlbs PB2
1/2 - 1 tsp Agave nectar (depending on your sweetness preference, or if your milk is sweetened or unsweetened) - you could substitute honey or Stevia
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
3 ice cubes
Blend until smooth. I use a Magic Bullet, and this fills one of their cups with the handles just perfectly.
This is the first time I've used/added winter squash to my smoothie and I LOVE the creamy texture that it adds. It also makes it a little heavier, which leaves me with a fuller feeling after I drink it.
This is about 275 calories and 27 grams of protein. You could certainly add an additional Tlbs or two of Designer Whey if you want higher protein.

I've started adding a scoop of Vital Protein - Collagen Peptides. It brings the totals up to 300 calories and 37 grams of protein.0
