Anyone in the 1800 a day zone?

I'm targeting around 1800 calories per day. Why do you feel you need a support group for this target? Is that number too low or too high for you to stick to? When you eat to that calorie target, what kinds of macros are you eating (fats, carbs, and proteins)? I ask b/c if you're having trouble staying below 1800, it may mean you need to increase the percentage of fats in your diet b/c that helps with feelings of satiety (fullness).0

I’m actually targeting 2K but counting DASH dietary exchanges (whole grains , fruits, veggies, etc...) always seems to lead to 1800 calories per day. 1800 by healthy accident.0
