Hello!
I've fallen off the wagon last week. Last weekend was crazy busy at my evening job, and this week has been so stressful at my day job, but all that's over now! We bought groceries the other day so I have everything I need to meal prep on Saturday, which is a real key to success for me.
I did meet my February goal although I'm currently in a upward trend. I feel like a little bit of that may be actual gain, but most of it is water, bloat, and sodium. It was fun for a day or 2 to not focus on what I'm eating and just eat whatever, but I'm definitely over it now. Starting to feel a little gross and really missing fresh food. I've developed a really bad chocolate habit in the last little while so first step is to kick the vending machine habit.

Here I go again! Actually gained weight in February, despite good logging and lots of working out, but I measured myself this morning and have lost 1& 1/2inches, so I am more convinced that I am gaining muscle. I am not so worried about a few pounds of weight gain if that is the case!

I'm 5 ft 8ish inches, and I've reconciled myself to the fact that my body isn't going to let go of those lbs in great big rushes.
I'd love to say I sweated, disciplined and powered off that weight, but between a family member's hospitalization and a cold, it came off on its own!

I'm a bit late with March check-in, here it goes:
Height: 1m67 / 5'6"
HW: 64 kg / 141 lbs (like a year after pregnancy, so no excuse)
UGW: 57 kg / 126 lbs (20-22% BF)
January SW: 62.4 kg / 137.6 lbs (~34% body fat)
February SW: 59.6 kg / 131.4 lbs & 31.5% / 18.77 kg BF
March SW: 58.5 kg / 129 lbs & 30.5% / 18.1 kg BF
March goal: maintain or lose while losing BF.
Plan for March:- be caferul with "I eat this today and just eat less tomorrow" mindset. I've been eating close to maintenance recently, and from maintenance to overeating there's just one small step
- start recomping, my scale readings tell me I'm becoming skinny fat even though I look different than those 30% BF reference pictures
- look into bodyweight exercises and go running now that the weather is not an excuse anymore

I’m also a few days late. I’m so embarrassed to say that I’ve gained so much weight over the last 2 weeks and my starting weight this month is ridiculously high

@itseclair , I've been fasting on Mondays since a month and the only advantage I noticed so far is that it helps you balance weekly deficit if you like me tend to overeat during weekends. You do need strong willpower though not to devour everything in sight when coming out of the fast. Also be careful as the first (couple of) time(s) is likely to make you very sluggish and light-headed, which might be dangerous if you're behind a wheel.2 -
Stopped dieting back around Christmas and haven't picked it up again until a few days ago but lost some weight due to stress. I'm hoping to lose more weight (healthily) and keep it off but with final exams just around the corner it's going to be hard to not eat my way into another dimension. Gonna start playing more sports as well and hitting the gym more often.

Last week's goal of 35k steps per week was met and surpassed! I have a sedentary lifestyle right now and am looking for gradual ways to better my health that I can actually achieve and STICK WITH. Each week I will increase my step goal by 1k. So my next check-in here should be at 40k steps per week!
I'm doing well with nutrition for the most part. Since I've started paying attention to macros I've had more satisfying meals and stay full for longer, all while staying under my calorie goal. I've had a few days where I slip up, and I've discovered that it's generally weather-related.
