Yesterday was a Pass Day, but not today!
Today:
Calories: well under my limit
Exercise: several walks inside the hotel to get moving during the long day of speakers. I did learn a lot of new ideas.

Long bike ride today. So long my backside went numb! We had a beautiful moon tonight, you can’t really see it but it was above the water and really quite magnificent.
It is my last night in HH, I get home very late tomorrow night. Sunday we are going to the Rugby 7’s and then on Monday…… we’re going to meet @RangerRickL and his lovely wife Rose, I’m very excited

My family have been sending photos of the snow all day long, even my sister in London has had it deep and my cousin in Scotland sent photos with her car completely covered. Stay warm and safe X2 -

We had a little over 12 inches of snow last night. Deer thought they were hungry and didn't share with the birds! The bird feeders seem to be emptied every day or two.

@LoraineGB and @w8goal4life - lovely photos. My bird feeders are being filled at least once a day, maybe twice at the moment, and we don't have any snow! The deer seem to leave them alone, but do eat the bark from my trees, particularly the silver birch and the fig tree. I blame the woodpeckers...4

Yes x 3.calories way under and exercise only just as I seem to have caught a sickness bug. Hoping it's a quick 24hours one.
Love the snow deer pic. I don't usually feed the birds because our cat doesn't need any help! However in the snow I couldn't resist as they looked so sad. No every time I open the door I hear them all singing to each other. Bird lovers will tell me off as I'll have to do this forever now in snow as they need consistency and fly back to the same places for food.
