    Good day! Rick reporting in from Las Vegas, where Rose, is now hiking trails that were recommended by @LorsineGB who is currently visiting in Hilton Head.

    Exercised indeed but I'm going to use a pass as I didn't diet as expected. Unfortunately there was just today to try a nutritional strategy for the next race, but while what I burn racing compensates the extra food, today's training wouldn't so I went over.
    Alright it was planned and I had to do it, not keen to use a pass so early either but deal with it girl.

    What I love most about Southern Nevada is the weather. While it’s unusual to see clouds, even with them, the humidity is low.

    Photos are great and I’m pleased Rose is enjoying her hiking.
