Good day! Rick reporting in from Las Vegas, where Rose, is now hiking trails that were recommended by @LorsineGB who is currently visiting in Hilton Head.

Exercised indeed but I'm going to use a pass as I didn't diet as expected. Unfortunately there was just today to try a nutritional strategy for the next race, but while what I burn racing compensates the extra food, today's training wouldn't so I went over.
Alright it was planned and I had to do it, not keen to use a pass so early either but deal with it girl.

I walked 3 miles around the neighborhood pushing my toddler in the stroller while my dad walked with us! My dad is also trying to lose weight. He is a 2 time cancer survivor and lives 4 blocks from us. He’s been walking to our house every single evening (usually while I’m cooking) and around our neighborhood. Seeing how excited he is about losing a few pounds already and feeling so great got me motivated to get out there and walk again now that the weather is warmer here in southeast Texas. Hopefully we can keep each other accountable with our walks so we reach our goals. my goal is 10k steps a day and so far at 9130. I’m walking around my house as we speak to reach my goal!7 -
Yes x3. Did a bunch of shovelling. We are supposed to get a few days of snow so plenty more to be done but I don’t mind. I was happy to get out and do that instead of putting on a workout video this evening.8

Calories, had to use exercise. Weekends are hard.
Logged it, good nutrition but more calories than needed, still uinder budget.

Tempted to get milkshake, got a glass of water instead. Tempted to eat out, cooked instead. Thought about getting more rice, walked out of kitchen and distracted myself with something else. I am in the zone and loving the extra energy.
