What to eat after a workout?

Hi, I've been on keto less than a week and am trying to figure out what to eat after and cardio & strength training session. I've read that high fat is not good after a workout, that it should be more focused on protein and carbs. Any ideas that won't wreck the rest of my day? (I am allergic to chicken, egg yolks, dairy, gluten, soy, beef/pork/lamb. I can only eat fish and turkey at this time for protein. Hoping to add chicken back eventually). Thanks.

    After a workout I have an egg and spinach that had been cooked in cold pressed coconut oil.
    You can sub your egg for Turkey (protein )and have it with some berries (low carb)Assuming that you're on the keto diet.
