5km walk instead of the normal 6km. Wanted to see if I changed pace from what I was doing 4 months ago. Still about the same.

Exercise-yes. 20 minute jog at 6am today. First time in years I've been up and out that early to run and I really enjoyed it. 30 minute walk at lunch.
Calories- yes. Had to be really careful not to go over today.

I didn’t get my average exercise and ate a bit over average but still stayed in bounds. I honestly feel better when I have a reasonable excess of exercise and a moderate deficit of calories

Yes x 3 today - feels good to be back home and on track. Did horse chores for an hour and trudged down and up our long hill in the snow. Not much shovelling - 4 wheel drive!5

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Like a crazy woman! I even nailed my shoulder stand into plow in yoga today. I haven't been able to do that in YEARS!!!!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Well, I did until 5:30PM. Hit the grocery on my way home from work. Tired and wanting "just a lil' somthin' sweet". Blew it up. Only over by about 400 calories...which is a gift due to the exercising and dinner calories that were left. Won't even share what I ate or how much of it I consumed before I could stop.

So today is my Pass Day #3. I've got none left. Hoping I can make it the rest of the month.5 -
Good day for me. I had a fun public workshop in my hometown. It’s always my favorite and warmest crowd.

Barely, but yes x 3. Committee meeting followed by a training session for a charity I volunteer with took up most of the day, with travelling there and back. Not used to such things anymore so I found it quite exhausting. Managed to scrape some gentle walking in, but feel quite stiff and sluggish. Need a good stretching session tomorrow...5
