Barely, but yes x 3. Committee meeting followed by a training session for a charity I volunteer with took up most of the day, with travelling there and back. Not used to such things anymore so I found it quite exhausting. Managed to scrape some gentle walking in, but feel quite stiff and sluggish. Need a good stretching session tomorrow...5
