    100g of greens, 2 tomatoes, 10 olives, can of tuna in olive oil, olive oil. (5.4g carbs /32g fat/ 27g protein). Super yummy, nutritious, filling.

    I'll take a picture next time - but I have discovered using broccoli (instead of pasta) as a base for spaghetti meat sauce with mozz/parm cheese is delightful!! Use raw broccoli so not as watery as frozen - lightly microwave to soften or if packing up for warm up lunches just put it in raw, top with sauce and cheese and it will steam as you warm up.
    This is a great start for a thread - will post as I go :)

    My very lazy quick lunch is half an avocado with squeeze of lemon juice salt and black pepper about 40 grms of full fat cream cheese and smoked salmon... all my favourite things on a plate mmm :)

    @KaitlynPeri Isn't soy sauce is not keto because of beans? https://www.ketodomain.com/keto-food-info/soy-sauce-safe-keto/
    I guess it depends on how much you are using....

    @anelyaG I like to use liquid aminos in place of soy sauce. It tastes similar. The first ingredient is "Vegetable protein from soybeans", I know soy isn't the best for keto, but it's a lot better for us than straight up soy sauce :p

    @sallyann8 for my first time I just bought coleslaw in a bag, next time I’ll just grate my own cabbage and omit the carrots.

    @anelyaG I put 1 tbs of soy sauce in my recipe, and got about 4 servings out of it

    my version of fathead pizza , same recipe I just used flax seed flour instead of phylum husk (if i spelled that right lol)
    this is really good , taste like a real pizza . with a small garden salad (no tomato) 10 carbs whole meal !! first attempt did not roll it out round , but it was still good lopsided !!
