I write personal stuff in my food diary, therefore I do not share. However, I would be more than happy to tell you here what I have been eating if you'd like. I am "Basic Keto". I am not over the top when it comes to food choices.
I have been consuming approved Keto vegtables, protein in the form of Chicken, Fish, and occasionally Red Meat.
Spring Mix Salads, Oils and Red Wine Vinegar, sometimes Ranch. Full fat Mayo, mustard, and many others.
The main thing is, look at the food list, test new foods out. You might be surprised how much you like them. OR as Butter Bob suggests in his YouTube videos, stick to a few simple food ideas. Eat what YOU like. We are all different and come from different parts of the world.
Hope that helps!0 -
I track food and actually add keto recipes to my Food tab, nothing personal. If you are a food lurker - you are welcome to send a friend request. I do however appreciate the support of the MFP network and will comment on your progress!2

Here lately, I have been eating fast food on Keto. For example, Double Quarter Pounder, no bun, no ketchup, extra pickles, and grilled onions, I add extra mustard, and mayo. Then, then a side salad, and ranch dressing (only if the carb count is low). Todays's packet @ McDonald's had 11g per pack...I threw it away and just added more mayo and mustard to my meat and salad.0

On that last picture that I posted, I am not using that coffee product any longer. I plan on taking it back to Walmart for a refund. The sugar-free Caramel stuff.

Homemade Hamburger Patties (with Angus Beef), Mild Cheddar Cheese (shredded from block), two pieces of pork bacon, mashed cauliflower (frozen) made with heavy cream, sour cream, and added cheeses. Also, in this photo is homemade coleslaw, and mustard on the hamburger.0 -

3 Beef Hot dogs (I made a mistake and purchased hot dogs with too many carbs per serving lesson learned...also..when I feed my family I can not afford my favorite low carb hot dogs brand "Nathan's", so I had to buy what I could afford today. Chili Sauce (no beans and 1 carb per tbsp) I doctored it up with some other seasonings, yummy homemade coleslaw (different from yesterday's made with full-fat mayo, red wine vinegar, 1 pack of generic splenda, seasonings to taste (garlic powder, salt, and pepper, dried chives), side salad with seasonings, and red wine vinegar, and a few tablespoons of Olive Garden Salad dressing ( too many carbs...tried to limit).0 -
If there are any questions as to what actual foods are posted, feel free to ask me, or inbox me. Because I just posted them, and didn't list the food.0

Yes add me, I became interested in Keto last year I have never fully adapted to it and would help to have a community of public food journaling. I eat a very different diet than most people in general, always tried eating “healthier” but this diet is something worth higher dedication.0
