    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes but I had just realised this morning that i've been measuring all my food in mls and not grams! arrghhh! I dont know how thats affected me..hopefully i'm still below calories for the past few days/or maybe even a week. but i've lost weight so maybe i have???
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes..just in the wrong metrics...*sigh*

    Grit plyo 30 minutes and fit in 4x 5 minute walks where I could during the day

    Started the day with 41 minutes of treadmill walking at 4 mph
    Calories: under by a nice margin
    Tracking: on task

    Yes x 3. Walking. This was a less hungry day, which is a nice change after a couple of days where I would have gnawed on passersby.

    In Saskatchewan we sometimes get snow into May.
    Yes x3 but snacking was a bit out of control and I was closer than I’d like to my limit. A couple of walks today.

    Yes×3 Really tough day, wanted to eat everything! Settled for eating exercise calories (less than 200) hope tomorrow is better.

    Good Morning. I am working to readjust my am schedule and it has been p retty screwy...but I managed to walk yesterday nad I did track my food and ate what I tracked! HIP HIP HOORAY!

    I'm out again this month. I was ill for a few days. I still tracked most days, didn't work out, not sure if I was over or under. But much kudos to all those who have stuck it out!
