In the Chicago metropolitan area, it was snowing yesterday! It's almost the middle of March, but we get snow through the end of March. We look forward to the crocuses popping up.

5km walk again. Late dinner, so finished after dark.
Finally finished new race quad build today. This is the first one I have built completely from scratch. I'm a bit of perfectionist, so it has everything on it I want and nothing I don't want. Also vision correction lenses arrived for my FPV goggles. All I can say is WOW. I can see where I am flying clearly and the new race quad flew amazingly (so fast, smooth and controllable).

Ugh, I tried climbing today in my canyon digs. I could only do 1500 or so. Road got slippery muddy. No sense in messing with it. Hey, I can be conservative at my age.
Reality. I wonder if I can still climb that.
Hung out with Buddy today. That little guy... some people think I am crazy or weird. Principal of that little school is all smiles though. Buddy's Mom is all smiles.
I gotta drink less. That is where my tracking problem is.
I bought that little guy a penny whistle. I got the ambition of teaching the little rapscallion music. He loves music.
Well, maybe I should get him walking first. But then again, everything has got to be fun.

I dont know how thats affected me..hopefully i'm still below calories for the past few days/or maybe even a week. but i've lost weight so maybe i have???

Yes x 3 for a crazy snow day. Exercise was dealing with huge snow for 2.5 hours and then a great toboggan trip down to my car followed by an arduous haul back up with heavy groceries. Beautiful out there.6

I’ve had a garmin watch for a few months with a move bar, basically a reminder to get up and walk every now and again. I didn’t bother with it at first but lately I have been getting up from my desk at work and walking a couple minutes to reset it during the day. It’s not a lot, but I’ve realized sometimes in the past I’d sit at my desk for hours and now these couple minutes do make a difference through the day.

Lunch was more calories than really needed, but did stay under the limit for the day.

Oh my, it was one of those days… 2 mile dog walk, 4 mile walk at Lake Mead and 4.5 mile walk at the Wetlands with a friend I haven’t seen for a long time.

I'm out again this month. I was ill for a few days. I still tracked most days, didn't work out, not sure if I was over or under. But much kudos to all those who have stuck it out!2
