Not sure of effectiveness, but i am a big rower fan, ususlly add in 20 mins once a week or 10 mins twice a week on top of my normal 30 mins a day on stationary bike. I sweat a ton and feel tired afterward so it must do something

I’ve heard the elliptical is less effective than most but then again it’s better than nothing. I do elliptical cause my feet callus bad when I run.

Rowing machine is great cardio man. Just make sure you have the right form. Go onto the concept2 website, they have videos on getting the form down.

Doing rowing or swimming, avoid running and anything that puts stress on your knees. Plenty of ways to burn calories while not needlessly hurting knees

Rowing is hard to keep proper form the entire time. Stick to 10-20mins rowing then do stationary bike or incline walking.
