Just curious how many grams of protein you guys shoot for taking in every day. Is it different if you're cutting, bulking, or maintaining weight? I know Taylor mentioned only paying attention to calories and protein on MyFitnessPal but I don't think he said if he goes by the protein goal the app sets or if he has his own
5”10 guy at 235lb wanting to know your guys’ thoughts on strictly doing elliptical for an hour and rowing machine for another. Goal is lose weight to under 200lb, preferable 180lb. Thanks!
If I'm bulking I'll take some creatine and bcaas. When cutting I drop the creatine so that I don't hold so much water. I take multivitamins, zinc and cranberry softgels yearly. The cranberry softgels help with the "super supplements" I take. Running high amounts of orals gives me kidney pains.
So whats everyone's diet plan? Keto, Paleo, fasting or just plain calories in verse calories out?
My motivation is my girlfriend who is counting calories along with me. I’m my first week in and we’ve been keeping each other accountable. Looking good for her and not letting her down have kept me good in a week that would have been filled with too much fast food!
