    Same I thought, actually kudos on even getting near the animal...as much as I don't want to kill them (and never have), I don't even want to get near them!

    Exercise was 10 minutes incline walk on treadmill to warm up then 1 hour lower body strength work

    Yes x 3. Exercise was 10 minutes bouncing on the trampoline (ooh, my legs got wobbly!) and 25 minutes biking.

    I just remembered I forgot to log something in my food diary so now it has taken me over my calories.

    Pass # 3 used.

    With many more outings planned the next two weeks, it’s looking unlikely I’ll be able to stick to my calories perfectly...

    Sigh. Shorts and t-shirt. Snow pants and down jacket and mitts boots tuque scarf... we're still wearing way too many clothes! The sun is sure bright though. Enjoy the air on your skin!

    yes on all three. Better start on the weekend. 4 hours off exercise t oday. One hour stretch and ba lance class, two hours of Pickle ball.
