Missed the deadline for last weigh in, ha! Weighing in early as this back injury can cause a 6 lb fluctuation.

Not been a great couple of weeks for weight loss, I have been pretty sick with a chest infection for the last 12 days and despite staying relatively active, but my food intake has been pretty bad cos I can't taste a whole lot so it's been all sugary and salty high calorie foods almost, kinda getting back on track a bit this week. Hoping some of this weight is just holiday/intense workout water weight that is lingering a little bit longer. But will see in the next couple of weeks.
I've broken down my weight loss into 15 pound chunks now, so I am aiming to get back under my pre-Christmas weight by the end of April which I think is fairly do-able and then to get to 200lbs roughly before my next diet break/holiday at the end of July.
I am still tweaking my calorie intake/sleeping pattern/workout regimen to fit in with my rowing training, so that's my focus for the next 2 weeks.0 -

My body didn't want to leave 166-land this week. I'd been trying to get down to 165 again, but not happening this week. Hopefully next week's weigh-in will be in the 165's or less!1 -

Actual scale weight was 159.2 this morning and has been under 160 for 3 days running! Hopefully this means that I am back on track! Was getting very disillusioned in Feb!2 -

Bought a couple of tops this week that are a size smaller. One of them did fit but, I think it will look better with a couple more lbs. gone. The other one I got on but, it was tight. I'm using that as my motivation to keep going. I have a habit of getting comfortable when my too tight clothes start to fit and I lose motivation..2 -

I’m down 1.4lbs. Could have been more but my TOM came and added some water weight. I was down to 171.0 two days ago. Hopefully next week I’ll be a little lower.2 -

The weight loss has slowed down a bit. I played with the same 3 pounds all week but finally got it back down. I'm down 30 pounds but can't get lower. I'm sure it will come. My company is leaving today so I can get back on my exercise routine. Yay!
