    I started 1 week ago and weighed in at 348.4. I have stuck to my calorie plan so far and actually have had a bit of trouble reaching my daily plan. But so far I've lost 8.4 pounds. I still have 90 pounds to reach my 1st goal.

    No loss this week. No surprise after a hectic weekend with less exercise and more food. Stayed within my calorie goal, but I really need that exercise or I don't lose. Next week should be better.
