    My kids did great at competition, I'm so proud of them! The next one is the first weekend in April but only an hour away this time (this weekend was a 3ish hour drive >_<)

    This weekend I'll be bridesmaid dress shopping for my sisters wedding on Saturday then next weekend probably get together with the in-laws.. but other than that I'm not doing ANYTHING the next two weekends but hanging out around the house. I'm exhausted!

    I've done well knowing how many calories I can maintain at, but I need to consistently stay at 1200 or less and stop drifting up to 1500 because that obviously isn't working.

    I still need to work on snacking on junk food at night. The majority of days I stay at 1200 calories + workout calories, but a few nights a week I eat enough cookies that I ruin everything. I am still losing weight, but I would love to start eating cleaner. Enjoy your week ladies!

    Blahhh low weight yesterday after drinking a bottle of wine by myself Friday night lol up today but I’m just started my period and have eaten like *kitten* all weekend.

    Went to a bridal show with my sister today who is getting married in two months! Umm her reception hall unveiled a new sweets/dessert table option with freaking eggless cookie dough!!! It’s ridiculous. They just have like an ice cream scoop with cookie dough. She’s a body builder so wasn’t trying it but I took one for the team and tried a teeny tiny bite of two of the options. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth but it was seriously amazing!!!

    My 30th birthday is in THREE WEEKS!!! The goal was to be 130 by 30 but I don’t think I’m going to make it. I’m going to try. It’s not totally impossible but I would like to be under 135 at least. Need to eat better the next couple weekends and try to up the activity because I do fine during the week!!

    Still going strong with the Fitness blender workout's. Always just trying to improve my eating habits. And that dessert table sound yummy....cookie dough is making me drool :)

    I'm stuck -_- birthday bash is next weekend and I'm not close to where I wanted to be at all >_< I did buy an amazing green sequin dress for the occasion though! It's way too fancy for what we're doing (dinner for 14!! I had no idea I had so many friends.... and going to a comedy club) but 30 seems like a big deal right? I had two dresses in my closet that were in the running but I don't think I look good in either of them so they're going to goodwilll >_<

    EXCITING NEWS though! Sounds like the dance team I auditioned for back at the end of February did some restructuring and has two teams now... I supposedly made the second team that performs in July and August!! I'm really excited but leery... the director is kind of hard to get in touch with but we got together briefly on Saturday and she gave me dates. She is still trying to iron out a rehearsal schedule so that's kind of where the hold up is right now!

    No scale to weigh on today (at my friends house out of town) but clocking my weight from yesterday here. I’m determined to keep April going in the right direction!

    It seems like I lose 2 pounds and stay the same weight for 2-3 weeks. So I'll probably be around 159 for a while, bye Yay for being in the 150s.

    @DananaNanas Great news about the dance team! If it took too this long to restructure the teams it just sounds like the director moves at a slower pace.

    The fitness blender website is very overwhelming. When I first started their workouts it took me about 30 minutes to choose a workout. So after a week or so I decided to purchase a program from them I completed FB Fit 1 and am on week 5 of Fit 2. All the workouts I do are free, but they organized them so I don't have to think. Its usually 2 HIIT/lower body, 1-2 upper body, and 1-2 cardios per week.

    Well I didn’t make it to my birthday goal of 130 but pretty close I guess... I’m hoping to lose like 5 pounds before my sisters wedding Memorial Day weekend :/

    Again, my biggest weakness is night time cravings for sweets. I continue to workout regularly.

    @DananaNanas Having goals, even if they are aggressive goals, are good because it gives you something to work towards. So my Memorial Day goal I would like to be at 153 or 154. About a pound a week.

    Soooo basically maintaining.

    I auditioned for a new show today and they hired me on the spot. It’s a Las Vegas style cabaret I’m kind of freaking out.... this is a really big deal! this is at a legit theatre with a real producer. It took me 25 years but it sounds like I’ll actually be checking “dance professionally” off my bucket list this summer!!!

    I really need to get in shape now. These costumes are like showgirl costumes!!!

    Still moving in the right direction. I would like to be at 157.5 by the end of the month and then I would only need 3.5 lbs for May in order to be 154 by Memorial Day.

    13 pounds lighter and my husband finally noticed I lost weight. Took long enough. :P Last week I bought new jeans so I am officially one size smaller....Yay!

    Eugh. I was up all week so I’m actually ok with seeing this number again. I’m going to start a total body workout next week (MWF) so hopefully that helps. And I’m hoping the weather starts being nice out more frequently so I can start walking on my lunch breaks again.

    Last two weeks I have been great about not going over 1200 cal + workout cal. I continue to lose 0.8 lb per week I will make my goal (154-155 lb).

    @DananaNanas Do you strength train? Perhaps you are gaining lean muscle? Or if you don't strength train I think you should add it in 2-3 days a week. Before I had kids I was always around 135 lbs and whenever I wanted to lose the last 10 pounds I always added weights and not just run or play soccer.

    Also, sometimes my body holds on to weight and then all of a sudden I lose 3 lbs in one week. Just have to trust the process if you doing everything correctly. Just remember weight loss is not linear. The end of Feb and most of March I didn't lose any weight, but just kept going. Keep going!

    @deauxgirl2 unfortunately I think there is a 0% chance of it being muscle. I just need to tighten up, get serious, and decide what's really important to me. There's a muscle and strength program that's just MWF and I think would only take like a half an hour to do but I just can't make myself get up in the morning before work and do it! Once my schedule changes this summer (well, in like 3 weeks) I can workout after work but I just don't make time for it now. I work 50 hours a week and commute 10 hours a week on top of that so I'm never home, and when I am I don't feel like doing anything!
