    Slower pace, but longer walk than normal. A little tired after yesterday's 5km PB.

    This weekend, we will accompany our 9 year old Chicago area grandson and his step-dad to the last Spring Training game for the Chicago Cubs baseball team. I'm not much of a fan, but this game should be fun.

    @RangerRickL My DH is a diehard RedSox fan waiting most of his life for the 2004 World Series win (with a couple follow-up series wins, as well). We have a grandson, born in 2004, who is also a RedSox fan. We had to visit Fenway South at Jet Blue Park during our most recent road trip south to send photos north! After 45 years, I've learned a limited amount about the game and recognize some player names...so I'm making progress. Enjoy the game with your grandson! :)

    Feeling the muscles that received a lack of exercise for the past 2 weeks. I should know better...but hey, at least it's a yes X 3 today for me! Again, focused on abs, arms and cardio today.

    Exercise - Yes, did one of the Hasfit chair routines and I liked it. Plus I did my PT stuff. Really looking forward to my dr appt next week. Really hoping I will be able to do more!
    Calories - under even on a snow day from work!

  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, one of the fitness centers I belong to ( I'm a member of 3. lol ) opened a brand new state of the art facility this week. Machines are the smoothest I've ever used. So, 60 minutes cardio and 60 minutes weight machines.

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Yes x 3, including having lunch out prior to doing the weekly shop (such fun). Had grilled fish with salad and frites, but gave well over half the frites to my husband, who was enjoying a burger with bacon. He didn't get a look in on my nice crisp white wine though! Commiserations to all who are suffering and hope you feel better soon. Safe travels to all on the road, or in the air.

    3 No's today.
    But I did finally get a ton of stuff done in my home office that desperately needed doing and I finally slept better last night than the previous 2 nights. (i.e. made sure the cat didn't sleep as much during the day so she wouldn't wake me up during the night!)
