Morning all Didn't weigh in last week as totm and just felt bloated, but pound and a half off this weigh in so v happy, and finally broke into the 150's which I'm delighted about!

Obviously a carry over loss from February cos my deficit this week was enough for .3 lb loss!! Happy out as this is the lowest weight I’ve been since my twenties!!3 -

Couple of NSV's this week for me.
1. My Mom asked if I was losing weight which is good for 2 reasons. #1 she's the first person to ask me. #2 she's also the person who sometimes makes me feel bad about my weight even though I know that is not her intent.
2. Some of my jeans are starting to get loose! I bought a size smaller this week thinking I'd probably get them on but, not buttoned/zipped. Well, not only did I get them buttoned/zipped - I could breathe!

This week loss of 2.4 lbs
This week I've doubled my amount of miles walked for the day so that is definitely helping my calorie burn. I'm only weightlifting 3x a week because that's about all I have time for right now. I'm trying to keep as much muscle as possible. Hoping to be in the high 150's by May for my Trip to New York.

I haven't had a big drop in 2 weeks, but I'm just happy I'm not gaining. I keep flirting with the same 3 pounds... up/down/up/down. My routine has finally got back to "normal" so I'm thinking the weight will start sheding again. Hope everyone has a great week!2 -

Fairly standard week, nothing major happening, still fending off the last of my cold or the start of hayfever not sure which ha.
Eating a lot better, although still succumbing to a lot of sweet stuff, but at least below calorie goal for the week. Have planned and logged this week's eating up til Friday already, going to try my best to stick to it1
