I missed yesterday! First time I have not checked in since beginning this challenge in February. It was a fun day though. I drove into Montreal, heard a talk, hung out with my son, and went to the opening of a solo exhibition of a friend who is a wonderful artist. I walked a lot, tracked through lunch time, then gave up and went with the flow. Not too bad, but...
Today - virtuous. Ate right, tracked, and did plenty of exercise. TRX circuit, some kettlebells, Pilates, bike, walk. Still snowy but spring is starting to appear!5 -

Today is the start of spring break! We had a half day with students then an inservice. I cam home and started cleaning and cleaned for hours. Hope I don't regret that much time on my foot tomorrow but it fells great to have the chaos of the last few weeks cleaned up.4 -

Yes x3. Lower body strength workout and out shovelling twice. Such wet and heavy snow and big wind gusts causing drifts. It seems to have stopped now and we have warmer weather in the forecast for the next week. It’ll still be a winter wonderland around here for quite awhile though!3

Fun day! I slept 10.5 hours last night. Felt almost 100% today as I adjust to this time zone. It’s two hours earlier than my home zone.

Pass day #3 - over on calories. Met up with an old friend who is back in France (he goes to family for the winter) but unfortunately he has had a heart problem so has to go back for an operation next week. Quite a worry, particularly as he is not a young man. Fingers crossed we will be seeing him back soon. Spring equinox so clocks go forward tonight.3

Hi @fatbambi2017 there are 58 known reptiles in the Sonoran Desert and that includes 6 different species of rattlesnake. I have seen rattlesnakes while horseback riding in the high desert in Wyoming and Montana. I have not seen any snakes while hiking. They do not want to be seen and are marvelously camouflaged.3
