    Exercise yes, 10 min quigong, 31 min yoga, 16 min Leslie Sansone, 30 min cleaning, 40 min walk outside minus scarf and gloves!!!!! liberating!

    Thanks! Hotdogs aren't a problem for me, since I can't eat bread (Celiac). But I'm rather a fiend for popcorn! DANGER! :smiley:

    Yes x 3 for me with 26 minutes low impact aerobics with my friend, Jane.

    @RangerRickL – Agree with fatbambi…love the spring desert photo. The new life that springs forth with the season can’t come soon enough. Sorry for your long day. Tomorrow will be a new day for positivity and success.

    Weather hasn’t been great and kind of a dull time of year, but keeping on towards where I’d like to get
