Haven't posted in a few months but I'm getting back into it to help myself be more consistent with the weekly weigh ins

Finally within 10lb of my goal weight, although I suspect I will set a new goal as 147 is the at the very top of healthy BMI... really looking forward to being within normal BMI range, don't think I've been there since I was a child!4 -

Overall Loss from 1/12/17: n/a +6.5lbs
Overall Loss from 1/12/16: 32.0lbs
Pre-shark week bloat, but haven't been great at tracking some of my snacking this week prob missed a couple of things or not logged them very accurately. One of my April goals is 100% accountability for food logging.

My daily calories we're updated this week. I suspect that is why the larger loss.
This is around the weight when I was last active on MFP and lost weight where I started to feel good about how I felt/looked and I thought I could do it on my own and I stopped logging. So far this time around I still feel committed to logging (yay!) and losing.

Not at my lowest this month, but I'm on the right track. I've started doing cardio exercise again this week. Reminded myself this week that even if I don't lose any weight from exercising (but probably will), I'm still getting stronger and healthier, which is my main goal.2 -

I'm sure you'll do great! You're down about 15lbs in 1 month! That's incredible weight loss!2
