Last night after the Cubs spring training game in Mesa, Arizona. Note the baseball accessories including the sunflower seeds. This is our almost 10 year old grandson, Evan.7 -

Exercised?: Yes. Setup and pack-up drone race course and 6km walk in 46 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Busy day. Both FVP drone competition and regular walk. 18,500 steps today.
Drone competition went well. Top 10 out of 20+ competitors. Very windy. May have been slowest, but was probably the most consistent. Most competitors are under 30 as reaction time and fearlessness are requirements to fast flying. However, "To finish first, you must first finish."
Still in budget despite BBQ (and soda) for lunch and pizza for dinner. Healthier food tomorrow

Apologies for the short post. I keep not having time to post and thinking I'll do it later and then I don't find time. So my new tactic today was to take ten seconds and post
and hopefully come back later. So here I am later.
Exercise was 30 mins pilates with my 2 year old daughter climbing all over me like I was her horse. She tried to copy the dvd a few times which was cute but she was mostly making me laugh and getting in the way. And a short 30min walk as it was too cold to stay out. Calories and tracking yes.
About yesterday's snakes, I saw a few hiking in South Africa and we were told not to run (hard not to) as they follow the vibrations.4 -

Even though I skipped my workout and went out in the gorgeous sunshine horseback riding! It was too beautiful and the horses were as happy as my daughter and I to go for an outing. We just hit the sweet spot when it's cold enough that the roads are still frozen (gravel roads) but sunny enough that the ice and snow is off. Soon they will be horrible mud, ruts, and holes. Until it snows more next week! Spring makes us a bit crazy. But the ride was wonderful6 -

@victorious55 It's OK if you're not in the Winner's Circle this month. I'm not either, as we were on vacation earlier in the month. I weigh everything in grams, which simply isn't possible when we're away. I suppose I could take a scale with me...but that almost defeats the purpose of a vacation! It's always good to continue posting, though, and I'm pleased to see you doing same. For diligence...I will join you in that effort!

Went for an hours walk around Boca Park, it not a park but a commercial area, but the weather was beautiful and the birds were singing.
I came across some trees with this flower. The flower has a really vibrant colour and fragrance, and the bees were humming about pollinating. I’ve never seen it before, I’m hoping someone here can tell me what it is…

Ohh, those purple flowers! I am so ready for spring!!! It snowed again today.
I am out of the winners circle this month thanks to spring break and not having to log these meals out. So I am focusing on making healthy choices and getting my exercise in. And it was totally work it to try something on the menu called
Bubbles and Squeak!
Exercise:I did a chair session and got some inadvertent little walks in because I had to park so far away from the restaurant and I had to go grocery shopping.
