Did fitbit completely get rid of being able to contact them via email? There isn't an email option on the website and the two I used previously from my email account didn't work.

I'd just prefer email over anything else. :)

    you've tried fitbit-support@fitbit.com and support@fitbit.com ... they've worked for me in the past, I sure hope they work in the future, I'm an email gal too!

    Oooooo support@fitbit.com worked! But fitbit-support@fitbit.com is out of commission. I think I made up the contact@fitbit.com address I tried. :)
