Mid week I decided to lower my carbs by not eating sandwiches for lunch and toast in the morning. I also started meal planning. It seemed like I waited to the last minute to cook something and it was not always the healthiest (ie spaghetti, quesadillas, etc). I'll be back in a few days1 -
Nice to see you back @deauxgirl2 ! Are you in the states? Walmart has these tortillas/wraps that I'm obsessed with that are low carb and 50 cals for one. I can make a really satisfying veggie quesadilla for around 300 calories!0

@DananaNanas I live in Québec, Montréal so our shelves are not as diverse as US or the other provinces in Canada. Everything here as to be in French and most companies don't want to repackage just for a small group But I did make quinoa and black beans for the first time and it was really yummy. Very surprising.3 -

It's not Saturday but I'm in my friend's wedding tomorrow so I'll be traveling.
Not super pleased this week.. I was hoping to be 135 by the wedding and I know it will only go up this weekend.
Still nothing about the audition... I guess it's safe to assume I didn't make the team at this point...

No change this week, but I consider that a success with the amount of alcohol I drank and cake I ate. Also, I'm another year older. I did have a goal of being 160 by my birthday, but I am still happy with my progress.
@DananaNanas I wouldn't completely rule it out that you are not in. If a dance team is anything like the hiring process it takes time. Good luck and keep pursing other opportunities at the same time.1 -

Blah, traveling again this weekend for a dance competition so I won't be around my scale tomorrow. I've been up all week for no good reason and I was hoping it would change today but it hasn't. -_- Is it possible for your weight to be/retaining water because you're sick? It's not TOM for me but I have been sick all week...

I went up, but feeling ok because I still see progress. I think I am doing a fair amount of strength training so this is probably making me lose weight slowly, but in the long run I think it will be better. #trusttheprocess

5 pounds down since we started! I like it, but I think I was just dehydrated this morning. I still haven't moved yet btw. The roommate I found has been super slow about everything and also apparently has crappy phone service. Hoping for tomorrow, but I've been hoping since February. But if she doesn't get back to me tomorrow with all the paperwork ready, I'm dropping her like a hot potato! :

My kids did great at competition, I'm so proud of them! The next one is the first weekend in April but only an hour away this time (this weekend was a 3ish hour drive >_<)
This weekend I'll be bridesmaid dress shopping for my sisters wedding on Saturday then next weekend probably get together with the in-laws.. but other than that I'm not doing ANYTHING the next two weekends but hanging out around the house. I'm exhausted!2 -

I still need to work on snacking on junk food at night. The majority of days I stay at 1200 calories + workout calories, but a few nights a week I eat enough cookies that I ruin everything. I am still losing weight, but I would love to start eating cleaner. Enjoy your week ladies!1 -

Blahhh low weight yesterday after drinking a bottle of wine by myself Friday night lol up today but I’m just started my period and have eaten like *kitten* all weekend.
Went to a bridal show with my sister today who is getting married in two months! Umm her reception hall unveiled a new sweets/dessert table option with freaking eggless cookie dough!!! It’s ridiculous. They just have like an ice cream scoop with cookie dough. She’s a body builder so wasn’t trying it but I took one for the team and tried a teeny tiny bite of two of the options. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth but it was seriously amazing!!!
My 30th birthday is in THREE WEEKS!!! The goal was to be 130 by 30 but I don’t think I’m going to make it. I’m going to try. It’s not totally impossible but I would like to be under 135 at least. Need to eat better the next couple weekends and try to up the activity because I do fine during the week!!

I'm stuck -_- birthday bash is next weekend and I'm not close to where I wanted to be at all >_< I did buy an amazing green sequin dress for the occasion though! It's way too fancy for what we're doing (dinner for 14!! I had no idea I had so many friends.... and going to a comedy club) but 30 seems like a big deal right? I had two dresses in my closet that were in the running but I don't think I look good in either of them so they're going to goodwilll >_<
EXCITING NEWS though! Sounds like the dance team I auditioned for back at the end of February did some restructuring and has two teams now... I supposedly made the second team that performs in July and August!! I'm really excited but leery... the director is kind of hard to get in touch with but we got together briefly on Saturday and she gave me dates. She is still trying to iron out a rehearsal schedule so that's kind of where the hold up is right now!

It seems like I lose 2 pounds and stay the same weight for 2-3 weeks. So I'll probably be around 159 for a while, bye Yay for being in the 150s.
@DananaNanas Great news about the dance team! If it took too this long to restructure the teams it just sounds like the director moves at a slower pace.
The fitness blender website is very overwhelming. When I first started their workouts it took me about 30 minutes to choose a workout. So after a week or so I decided to purchase a program from them I completed FB Fit 1 and am on week 5 of Fit 2. All the workouts I do are free, but they organized them so I don't have to think. Its usually 2 HIIT/lower body, 1-2 upper body, and 1-2 cardios per week.1 -
