Weigh Ins for 31st Mar - 6th April

SW (1st Dec 2017): 217.2lbs
GW: 215lbs (End Apr); 200lbs (End Jul)
LW: 223.7lbs (Trend)/223.2lbs (Actual)
TW: 223.4lbs (Trend)/224.4lbs (Actual)
Variance: -0.3lbs
Overall Loss from 1/12/17: n/a +6.2lbs
Overall Loss from 1/12/16: 32.4lbs
Shark week in progress, ate out last night (within calories but high salt content) and also been pretty intense on the old rowing this week, 25km on Monday and 7km yesterday. Pleased to see any loss at all this week after all that No doubt see a further drop over the weekend.2 -

A few days over the last few weeks I've thought the scale must be broken because I'm not "seeing" the losses. I did not take a progress picture at the beginning because I felt like I would jinx myself. I've taken pictures in the past then stopped and it just made me feel bad. I still kind of feel like if I did it now. So, I will just have to find those pictures that made me cringe and use those as a progress picture.

@NHDaisy2 You shouldn't ever feel bad about your body and how it looks, no matter what your weight is, your body is still capable of incredible things, you should love it regardless. That doesn't mean you can't want to improve it and make it better, but it should come from a place of self-love, not self-hate.

Well, I've had the whoosh week but not for the best reasons. My really bad cold turned out to be pneumonia that doesn't want to go away. So, this weight loss is really the effect of not having any appetite these days. Apparently, it's more important for my body to breathe than to eat right now. Looking forward to getting healthier next week.1 -

feel better soon and go easy on your deficit when your appetite is starting to return, your body needs calories to recover.1 -

1.4 lbs down this week. My body is finally adjusting to the new cardio (jogging) that I started last Monday. My pace is getting faster each time I run so I'm fairly excited about that. I'm probably going to try my first 5k in about 2 weeks.2 -

I was on a vacation for the last two weeks, ate lots but walked a lot too, so that kept me from getting backtracked. feeling good.2 -
