I added some heavier dumb bells (8lbs) to my Gunnar Peterson’s “give me 20” ball and weight workout...omgoodness, my belly is sore! Only going to use this in 1-2 times per week.0

Yea for upping the weights. Feels good to progress even if the workouts are a tad harder, but that is the point now isn't it.0
