    My report:
Started the day with sharp pain in the lower back. Really a challenge to get my socks and hiking boots on. Very unusual as I do not have a history of back problems. I suspect that my poor form as I try new TRX exercises is to blame for over stress in my lower back.
    Exercise: hiking in the desert
    Tracking: ok
    Calories: under by modest margin

2 mile dog walk, painted the front room (by myself) and picked up a puppy at customs, Las Vegas airport. It’s 10pm and I’m ready for bed.

Taking the pups to Duck Creek in the morning
with a friend and her chihuahua. We saw Mama Girl out with her dad today, she’s in heat so I haven’t been walking her, I don’t need that on my shoulders :D

Taking my 1st pass day. Celebrated my daughter’s and son-in-law’s birthday by going out to eat and then a show. Logged the best I could but know I’m over! Expected and am okay with this. Exercise was good... walking, PiYo and water aerobics. The cold weather here in Wisconsin is getting a bit old and I think my biking weather threshold of 38 degrees is going to have to be lower if I am gong to get any miles in this year!

@SuzyH When I lived in the Chicago area I used to go for daily walks with co-workers, and we had a rule that we wouldn't walk when the temperature got below 10º. Now, having lived in Florida for so long, 38º feels so ridiculously cold to me! You bike in that?? LOL Currently I am complaining daily that I am normally able to swim by April, but the temperature hasn't been consistently hot enough to warm the pool!!

Too funny! It made me think of when we had a dog I’d walk her every day “no matter what”. I even had a pic of the two of us holding a thermometer at minus something (really cold). Now she’s been gone for 11+ years and I’m not that motivated! Amazing what a dog can do! Now I tend to “hurry up biking”season, but come fall, 38 does feel colder!

Yes,swwimming and th en stretching. Try not to over do it with modified activity. Back is beginning to feel better. In a while off for a sports massage...deep tissue. Tracked food? yes, ate what I tracked? yes! HOORAY!
