I am trying a new regime for a while to see if it suits me, so am working towards keeping within a weekly calorie goal. This will allow me a bit of flexibility for lunch out, drinks with friends etc., while keeping in overall balance. Obviously this approach is not consistent with being in the Winner's Circle ( and I'm out this month anyway), but will keep checking in if that's OK. I will review in a month and see how this is working.

Exercise? yes. In pool and stretching in hot tub. Then got a sports massage. Best massage I've ever had. I feel so much better...had lots of knots.
