3 mile dog walk. I think they are getting fed up with just me walking them.
I set a goal to reach by the time I leave for London and I hit it today with 0.4lb to spare. Very happy.4 -

Yes x 3 Dog walking and 40 mins upper body workout. Was a good workout, but I need to find my dumbbells as the resistance bands weren't really suitable, plus they irritated my hands.

I log it as Pilates. Since I do not count the calories from exercise against the calories I eat, it doesnt matter to me as much as logging it in. Sorry I’m not more helpful here!1 -
