I'm happy to have kept off last week's majorly sick 7lb whoosh! This week's loss is at a much better pace for me. So, it's now more like I've lost the 7lbs in 2 weeks. Hoping to be in the 150's next weigh in day (since it's been a long time since I've seen the 150's), but even if I don't, I'm going to try maintaining this 7lbs loss for the rest of this month, since that amount alone, in a month, is a lot to lose (at least for me).2 -

Been ignoring the scales for the last couple of weeks and hoping for the best - only gained a quarter of a pound though so I'll consider myself very lucky to have pulled the prolonged Easter chocolate fest back by the time I got back on the scales!

Yay down 2 lbs this week! I got all the way down to 166.2 but that was before I started weights again and my TOM is supposed to happen this weekend. This weekend is going to be great, I've got camping and hiking planned with my kiddo, should be fun. I'm almost 20 lbs away from my goal, Once I hit 165 i'm going to change my goal to 1 lb a week.6 -

Caught a cold this week and haven’t felt up to many workouts. But now that I’ve started cutting my sugar intake and planning out healthier meals, I’m finding I don’t miss sweets as much as I expected. And can easily fit a treat in when I want it.3 -
