believer here, and also, getting back into it. I created my diary 3 days ago, and so far I am getting used to logging and eating right first. Also, found an excellent calculator for my TDEE etc.
Just doing Body-weight exercises and walking. I'm 65, and hoping I can gain some friends here on MFP. I belong to the main forum/site at em2wl, but I want to meet gals here too. This is where I spend most of my time because of tracking everything in my diaries;)
If you want to hook up to encourage each other, please feel welcome to send me a friend request. My diary is public if you want to view what I am doing to start out. I don't have a lot of weight I need to lose, and gaining muscle will take care of that. I do love to walk more for enjoyment, but since I am retired, and too sedentary, I do keep walking for cardio.
