If the scale isn't a motivation that's brilliant, but if you want to keep track of weight and measurements over the weeks then this is a safe space to do so.

I just stepped on the scale for the first time in over three weeks. This group made me aware of fitness again, and I've been exercising a bit more while watching what I eat. According to myfitnesspal I've already lost 10lbs.

That's mostly water weight and non-sticky weight after the winter holidays. Still, it's something! Thanks for the motivation Reylo fam

Current weight: 66.3kg or 139.5 lbs.
Goal weight: 48-50kg or 105-110 lbs.
    Measurements: TBD
Body structure: Short and small framed. Most of my weight is in the bum and legs. Giving up on ever having calfs that are slender (it's the mongolian-russian in me)

Can we put measurements in here if we’re going by those instead? I don’t really have a goa weight, per se, because I know that depending on how much muscle I do or don’t have at a particular time, I could look and feel better or worse at the same scale weight.

Yep! If you have measurements. I don’t have a tape measure around me. I think measurements help a lot.

Upper arm, neck, waist, bum, thigh. Is there anything I’m missing?

Well, down six kilos now. Nearly a tenth of my original bodyweight. Here's me on March 4th and today, June 2nd.

And then doing a pose...amazing how just lifting your arms makes belly fat magically disappear. Which is probably why swimsuit models usually pose with their hands behind their head or whatever. I could do a photo today with my arms down and a sway-backed slouch and I'd look completely different.

That is a lot isn't it?
Do you find when you're going up stairs or getting off a chair in a hurry, you sometimes think 'Woo, that's easier!" because you're so much lighter?

Yes, especially since I did a squat challenge a couple of months ago!
