My NSV today...w8goal4life has logged in for 40 days in a row!
I expect to be in the Winners Circle although I plan to take a 1-3 day respite at the end of the month, thereby using an equal number of pass days. It's probably not a good plan...but I'm going to give it a try. I think I have the fortitude to persevere with my nutrition plan commencing, again, on May 1; and my other half will enjoy lunch or dinner out.3 -

Busy work day. Only just managed to get walk in. Love that UAC motivates me to go the extra mile (literally).
@RangerRickL. I expect to make circle for 12th consecutive month. Only 1 pass day this month so far. (I hit my 1 year anniversary on MFP mid this month - Found UAC and started May last year ).

Greetings! I have had technical difficulties and haven’t been able to post but have kept up with the challenge and meeting the criteria.

I will not be in the circle this month, but today was good with a big NSV - I went to my trainer and had a body analysis to compare with February when I started with both the UAC and this new trainer. I have stayed exactly the same weight but lost 3 pounds of fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle. Feels great! Then he almost killed me for an hour. My everything is sore!7
