Why does steamed homemade mix of veggies count high fat on this?????

That doesn't make sense. I don't think veggies are high in fat at all and steaming them doesn't add any calories. Very strange. Is that according to MFP?

yes when I was adding homemade steamed veggies..that is what it said. crazy

You have to be careful because many of the foods in the database are user added. If you see something that doesn't make sense, I recommend going out on the web and looking up the nutrition info. Someone may have entered a food as "steamed broccoli" but their personal recipe inlcuded adding 1T of butter. There is fat is veggies, but it is negligable.3
