Not surprised I gained weight this week what with work leaving do's, a Birthday celebration and my Mum staying a few days, however didn't put on as much as I'd feared so must be doing something right, I'm happy!

Trying to get to my first goal of being at/under 159 by next Friday. On January 4th, I was 179lbs, so on May 4th, my total weight loss will be at -20lbs (-5lbs per month). My bigger goal is to be at a healthy BMI (145) for my hubby's 40th birthday in August. Started back at the C25K program, too, and on week 1, day 3 today. Have a great week everyone!1 -

Lost a bit of focus last week, unbeknown to me Shark Week came by a little early so didn't know to up my carbs a bit and try to eat maintenance for a couple of days so had a bit of out of control eating going on and honestly, at the time, didn't care. Stupid PMS.1 -

Up a bit from last week. I know that lately I've been going over my calorie goal and I will occasionally pop a chip or almond or something extra in my mouth and those calories eventually add up.
I was thinking I might eat at maintenance for a week or two since I keep going over my calorie goal - was really trying to wait until I hit the 20lb mark. Will see what this week brings and then decide.2 -

I'm still up 2 pounds from my low weight, but I'm getting off my shark week/major cheat week. I've made small adjustments to my goals so that I don't feel so bad that I can't reach them in "time". There is no right way to do this, so I'm just going to do it! Happy Friday everyone!
