Looks like there hasn't been much activity in this group for a while, but I thought I'd post a message and see who else is out there! Looking to add friends from the Ottawa area for additional support and encouragement in reaching our goals!

    I think there was a discussion about working out at Movati - anyone going on a regular basis?
