Just remember that losing weight may very well be the icing on the cake. Whole 30 is about rebooting your system and detox.

    I'm definitely noticing a difference in bloating as well. My sugar cravings are pretty much gone too.

    Hi! Just joined your group today. Whole30 would have began today but I ate some rotisserie chicken that had carreegan in it. Remembering to check labels on food every single time is going to be hard. I'm glad I have this group
