@barbhat13 I totally agree with your April goals I don't have a rowing machine but I will get on my treadmill. Presently I am using it as a coat rack :# . I am joining a PIYO class the end of April. It was that or therapy and I am terrible at pt. I will do anything to get out of it plus its a whole lot cheaper too.

My daughter is traveling this summer to speak at conferences. One in San Diego the other in Florence Italy. Oy she will be the death of me.

My son is in boot camp! He's at Great Lakes until mid-May, then off to Pensacola, FL.

At the least the other one will be home from college for the summer. All the BSU students have to take a fitness class, and he chose aerobics! The lecture portions are all about health, fitness and nutrition. He's been back on MFP, logging his meals, and is actually down 7# from the start of the school year! We've made a pledge to cook at home more and walk or bike together.

Ok tried PIYO class tonight it kicked my butt. I signed up I think I am the oldest in the class time to really get fit. All I have to do is get through the class which goes through May and June. I can do this.

My weight has been up the past few months, and I just really didn't care because my son was leaving for bootcamp, and we were spending time together. Now that my jeans are getting snug, I made myself admit it's NOT OK to go over on my calories everyday! I cut the grass on Thursday, did some other lawn care on Saturday and yesterday I walked outside (while listening to an episode of NCIS on Netflix!) I hit my meager 6500 step goal 2 of the last 3 days, and was over 4000 for the 3rd. I've been a slug all winter and it shows! I was exhausted after mowing the lawn!

I'm traveling from May 5-13, on vacation and then boot camp graduation. There'll be a lot of restaurant meals during that time, so I know I need to cut out the snacking!
