Decision in Dec
So silly but I have gained 10lbs....so silly because I know what to do..so silly not to Choose Life! So today it is back to logging 100%....no other decisions... Hope your holiday was great...mine was...looking forward to New Years Day..start the Year off with a cold ocean swim
Surviving in September
Figured out that I need to work on nutrition and weightloss in order to breathe better. Each added pound makes it harder to breathe... 4th week...no junk cereal repeating 5th week...no sweets ( brownies weren't cookies!)
Caught in cycle August
Stuck in metabolic inertia. No improvement in covid complications and hip injury from a week at the beach has led me to 7lbs wt gain and terrible eating habits. I just don't have the energy to eat well. I restart every morning and blow it then restart again. Groundhog cycle!! So.... Will celebrate one victory per day…

March...tough but lost 4 lbs. Didn't increase activity as fatigue level still a problem. Did plan one pig out session but no sweets still. Logging 80%. April 1. Enough!! Time to Rebuild healthy habits. Taste still messed up by coronavirus but I think it is starting to get better. Can't stand fruits or salads but bought salad stuff yesterday for the 1st time since Sept 1. Walking 2-3 miles every other day.
