crashed the 1st week of March...carb craze x2 in one week! 2 lbs weight gain

Stay calm and carry on1 -
Had oldest friends visit from out of state and got trapped in lots of eating out but think I have come thru it... back on track finally.. so back to March 1 weight...Onward!0
