Figured out that I need to work on nutrition and weightloss in order to breathe better. Each added pound makes it harder to breathe...
4th week...no junk cereal repeating
5th week...no sweets ( brownies weren't cookies!)

I saw a picture of my daughter and I thought OMG she's so heavy. My leg still fights me but it's time to lose the weight I've gained in the past 5 years. I need to lead by example. I am going to do baby steps. If it's a bad day move on to the next. But I got through the Halloween party at work. Only ate veggies no cookies, brownies, cupcakes, candy or crazy dips and chips. One tiny victory.1

Hey! New format in groups . Not sure how to start a new month.
SIX weeks till Christmas!!
1. I am the heaviest in 7 years.... eating out of control .
2. Dealing with persistent lung damage,fatigue and brain fog from Covid
3. Partial hip cartilage tear from July with severe physical restrictions
BUt!!!!
Swam in a cold open water short distance (0.5 mile) race yesterday in a wetsuit and did ok!
Restart and Reboot in progress...
