Ok so this is embarrassing but I’m going to have to use a pass day for the first day in May!!! I know this isn’t looking good, but I feel really positive and hopeful for this month
I spent much my day with an old, dear friend. We caught up over drinks and dinner, and I really don’t regret going over on my calories today with her (even though I know I would have still had a good time had I eaten more moderately). Oh well, no regrets! Onward and upward!

So...my husband and I watched a movie last night which resulted in us staying up late and snacking. I have been going to bed early because I tend to snack heavy at night. The cravings took over last night after I had already posted on here. I'm upset with myself because I've been doing so good for the past two weeks. I'll just leave it at that though because today is a new day!
