    Yes 3x. I made it to the gym! TaDa! Arms & rower. I really like the rowing machine. And I walked 3 miles later in the evening.

    Had a good day. I am getting back into this so I deliberately set my calorie deficit to zero for the day. Managed to bike for 50 minutes and tracked everything so back with it
