Hey guys, I'm new to this group and MFP. Well, I'm a rejoiner. I did it a few years back and then quit. Tried WW, but it was too expensive. I'm back here, wanting to eat healthier, more plant based, lower carb, and get myself in shape. Please feel free to friend me.

I am a rejoiner too. I did lose some weight last time then put it all back in a glutenous frenzy. Welcome back.1

I did try to friend you, but it wouldn't give me the option. Weird. Anyways, I hear your pain. I have been on and off MFP for like 10 years now. LOL Just depends on my mood, but tracking takes time and my schedule usually gets in the way.0 -
trying MFP out, comparing it to LoseIt! app. so far, impressed...... right now, I'm 7 lbs lighter and need 10 more lbs to lose before summer months.0

I just started, again, on MFP yesterday. I lost weight years ago and I let it slowly creep back up. Mostly me thinking "I got this". I didn't. Hoping late 40's brings more understanding and acceptance that you have to maintain your lifestyle to keep results.
I had a weight loss buddy years ago but not this time around so I am joining groups and hoping to add friends to help keep me motivated and tracking daily.
Can someone explain how to add friends?0 -
HI, I'm a rejoiner too. But I have to admit, I didn't really give it my all the first time. Now I really need to lose some belly and chest fat...time to tone up when someone at the gym suggests wearing a sports bra could help me... Hope to make new friends and succeed together.0
