Hi. When I did Keto years ago my bowel movements were solid and every couple of days. This time around they are the complete opposite and just like water and I don't get much notice

This can be a symptom of keto flu, when this happens to me I find adding sodium helps. I'll drink some pickle juice and things get better pretty quickly.1

Sometimes too much fat too soon, especially medium chain triglycerides like in coconut oil and some dairy, can set people off too. Some need to ease into higher fat intake.1

And if you have any kind of compromised digestion or you no longer have a gallbladder, a slower transition to lower carb can be helpful. Digestive supplements may even be needed down the road if your fat metabolism is compromised...0
