Wednesday - for Mother’s Day my son gifted me a kitten. Today my husband felt Tux (8 months) needed a buddy. So we now have Trek (9 weeks). Both rescues. Let the hissing begin!4 -
@RangerRickL Thank you so much; your kindness touched me deeply. The initial results were not as good as I expected, but more tests have been done & the final results will give more info. The Dr. told me “not to get worked up over it” & that they do this test so they can catch it early & treat it!!

Pass Day #2
Exercise- yes 30 minutes walking slowly
Calories- would have been fine if I had been able to do my normal Pilates and hiking but was told to take it easy. Over by 300, healthy foods. Better than yesterday despite bad news.
Tracking- yes, every bite.
Tomorrow I commit to pre-logging as I usually do so I can get calories below my burned calories.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
In a good zone rolling into the weekend, feels good.
